T&T another Headless body found in San Juan

The headless body of a man was discovered in a garden in San Juan just after midday yesterday.
The charred remains were found by a gardener around 12.30 pm at Ferrari Street, which is off Vita Street, Sunshine Avenue.
The 63-year-old gardener went to the San Juan Police Station at 1.15 pm and reported the gruesome discovery, following which officers went to the scene.

Resident Jude Patrong, who lives houses away from where the body was found, was shocked to see police and reporters, as he said nothing had been reported.
Patrong, who has been living in the area for the past five years, said he was “uncomfortable”.
Holding his five-year-old son tight, Patrong said he was considering relocating to Valencia, where he had grown up, as San Juan was “no longer safe.”
He said, “Every night is shots up here.”

Yesterday’s discovery, he said, would only hasten this decision.

San Juan or sawa as we say here has always been a troubled area so this may be a way criminals are marking their territory. TTPS will want to collect DNA evidence from people who have filed missing person reports so as to match that DNA to the remains. There is so much crime that it's impossible for the average person to have good thoughts about this place.

Every day and night is shots somewhere in TT.
Guns and ammunitions are entering TT unchecked.
Hinds and Erla are convinced that they are doing their best.

Ironically, where this murder took place -- Vita Street and Sunshine Avenue -- is where I started my observations of THE PNM CRIME PLAN back in the mid-sixties. At that time it was a very stable and peaceful area until the ILLEGAL SMALL ISLANDERS suddenly appeared out of no where and started walking up into the hills. About 20 years later the streets were flooded with idle, young, unemployable men. Another 30 years later THE PNM was able to integrate them and their off-spring (next gen) into what I currently call THE PNM CRIME PLAN. John Clarke came on here and told a parallel story about another area of Trinidad nearer to the city of Port of Spain.
I could add ST JOHN VILLAGE and TUNAPUNA to the same list with a little twist.
YES ALVINA: THERE IS A PNM CRIME PLAN.
