I know the guy,his kids are friends with my kids, met him when he owned the St. Lucia team, had a group of restaurant before he bought Boston Market.

If I remember correctly, both the TT and Bim teams also had unpaid players at some time in the past, CWI is very poor in assessing the creditworthiness of its partners; we had Stanford and the guy they initially sold the CPL to.

i don't recall red steel having any payment issues. the team was previously owned by some company called Lycamobile and a trini owned company in the us called empire management. they were bought out in 2015 by Red Chillies Entertainment, owners of KKR
