What has happened to Odean Smith?

What on earth has happened to Odean Smith that he could not even make the A Team squad to Nepal? Ever since he was caught on camera with what appeared to be an argument with Darren Sammy, we haven't seen Odean Smith in a series since. Surely, he must could have made this A Team.
