As a West Indian cricket fan I must say I was terribly disappointed with the direction which the programme took.

The occassion was an opportunity to have an honest and civil discourse about the current predicament that West Indies cricket finds itself in...which in turn could have led the way for changes in attitudes from both waring sides and ultimately lead improvements to the game... the show failed miserably in that regard.

The moderator chose instead to pit guests against each other and it sounded more like a brawl in a fish market with each side maintaining its position and in some cases inflaming an already delicate situation. The show achieved nothing meaningful...nothing of substance...just a reopening of old wounds.

I was totally disappointed...there could be no hope if the various parties to a situation remain intransigent. That's how I saw it from my vantage point.

Disappointment, for me really, is an understatement.

you can look at it that way. but the situation with this impasse did not lend itself to that type of program. by pitting divergent views and the purveyors of those views against each other it showed that they had more in common than against.

what was missing and what the show tried to address is where do we go from here. this was a necessary step before any reconciliation is to take place if it can take place. i doubt it can

the board in its present structure and with its personalities need to disband and restructure like was recommended in the last review

additionally the players must take ownership of their game, train and behave like the professionals that they are.

bottom line i thought it was a good program.

convince Mr Cameron to respect and understand that West Indies Cricket by any other name is still OURS.. the people and not his...so a first step by him towards speaking to the region would be a good olive branch start.
