Cornwall powers ton to lift Leeward Islands to win
Rahkeem Cornwall cracked an unbeaten 113 off 70 deliveries, his maiden List-A hundred, to lift Leeward Islands to a 48-run win over West Indies Under-19s in Couva, Trinidad. Austin Richards (36) and Devon Thomas (30) had revived Leeward Islands from a disastrous start but both departed in successive overs and the score was soon 115 for 6. The 21-year old Cornwall, playing his sixth one-dayer, took over, smashing 12 fours and seven sixes. He added 82 for the eighth wicket with Hayden Walsh, whose contribution was 6. Cornwall made sure his side batted 50 overs as they ended on 231 for 8. Odean Smith was the most successful bowler with 3 for 37.
Rayad Emrit's maiden List-A five-for carried Trinidad & Tobago to a 17-run win
Darren Bravo's half-century and captain Rayad Emrit's maiden List-A five-for carried Trinidad & Tobago to a 17-run win over Jamaica in Port-of-Spain. Darren Bravo faced 82 deliveries for his 55 with eight fours and a six, and his innings took T&T past 100 after an underwhelming start. Handy contributions later from Dwayne Bravo (34), Kieron Pollard (41) and Stephen Katwaroo (31) enabled T&T to post 232 before they were dismissed in the 50th over. Derval Green took 3 for 65 while Marquino Mindley, Nikita Miller and David Bernard picked up two wickets each.

Johannesburg - AB de Villiers took 31 balls to smash the fastest century in one-day internationals as South Africa crushed the West Indies by 148 runs at the Wanderers on Sunday.
The Proteas posted 439 for two wickets, their highest team total in this format, before restricting the tourists to 291 for seven in their 50 overs to take a 2-0 lead in the five-match series.
De Villiers blasted a record-equalling 16 sixes and nine fours in his blistering 44-ball knock of 149, bettering New Zealander Corey Anderson's 36-ball century against West Indies last year.

It just wouldn't be West Indies cricket without an accompanying state of turmoil.
A month before the 11th World Cup, in Australia and New Zealand, the game's most prestigious tournament, the turbulence is more evident than ever. A new captain has been given the responsibility of leading the team. His experience in the post is limited to the five ODIs in South Africa that immediately precede the World Cup. At 23, Jason Holder, an impressive, emerging allrounder, is the youngest and newest captain among the 14 World Cup finalist teams.
He has started with no head coach to lean on. Six months after Ottis Gibson was summarily sacked by WICB president Dave Cameron, the position won't be filled until after the World Cup. In the meantime, Stuart Williams continues as "coaching coordinator".

Reifer steals slim win for Guyana
Raymon Reifer's unbeaten 84 rescued Guyana and led them to a slim two-wicket win with only four deliveries to spare against Barbados at the Queen's Park Oval.
