West Indies captain Kraigg Brathwaite's innings of 189 takes him to the top of the Championship run aggregate. He now has 443 runs for the season at an average of 44. Brathwaite, along with Mikyle Louis, Tevin Imlach and Jason Mohammed, now has two centuries in the tournament. Eight batsmen have now passed 350 runs for the season. Trinidad & Tobago keeper-batsman Amir Jangoo hit a tournament highest score of 218.
Spinners continue to dominate the wicket takers table, with five of the top six being slow bowlers, although this, as is often the case, likely reflects more on the inability of the region's batsmen to play spin rather than elite level of slow bowling. Credit though to West Indies Academy player Joshua Bishop, who now has 35 wickets for the tournament (at an average of 20). His 247 runs at an average of over 30 have also helped his team during some difficult games. Veterans Rakheem Cornwall and Jomel Warrican come next, with 32 and 30 wickets respectively. Warrican has taken his at the miserly average of 14. Ashmead Nedd and Peat Salmon have 29 and 28 wickets and rounding out the top six is Jeremiah Louis, the only pace bowler to have taken over 25 wickets so far. He has 29 wickets, taken at a cost of 17 each.
