Well I am in total disagreement. Test has no PP. In Test cricket attacking fields are set and maintained and your technique is severely tested with consistent line and length. There is a reason why Shai Hope averages 49 in odis and 25 in Test cricket.
The only time this should be used is for Freelancers who want to play T20I or ODI cricket that's it. I support this CWI organisation but this policy reeks of desperation due to our lack of progress in test cricket. Forget about the fact that most of the players do not want to play Test cricket.
