I knew we had to get Livingstone early along with Curran. As per usual, we can't close out a series in 2 consecutive matches.

Another one! Shamar's inexperience showing but he is trying . Now goes too wide.

Shamar Joseph to Livingstone, FOUR, hit so hard. Shamar Joseph did well to take evasive action there, a half-volley outside off, slammed brutally hard and it would have ripped the head of Joseph

I really thought we had enough to defend. 24 off that Shamar over. Aljo injured or dropped or rested?
We will win the decider.

Forde to Livingstone, 1 run, Livingstone finishes it off. Steps out and drives the length delivery to mid-off and gets there. Pumps his right fist as he celebrates.
England level the series 1-1

The second-highest ever in the Caribbean and now the last 7 games here at North Sound, Antigua has seen chasing sides win.

Can't be upset with the young man, it would be unreasonable from any fan. I just changed the channel, I'm upset with this loss.

328 was a good score but the inexperience of the bowling was exposed. Once they took Motie out of the equation the inexperience in our depth was exposed. There was a clear plan to be aggressive with Motie so he will have to adjust.

Someone please tell Scammy to send Seales back to the Super50.

Livingstone with a brutal assault that sees England win with 15 balls to spare.
It looked so different with 10 overs to go when England needed 100 exactly.
Livingstone was on 46 from 57 then and looked at where he has ended as he accelerated rapidly and went on a six-hitting spree that left West Indies crushed.
Brutal hitting from the big man and some huge sixes in there

Bad captaincy.
Should have bowled Chase and Mootie earlier.
Should try Rutherford later.

Livingston out gunned us. It was good wicket to bat on. Toss is a major factor. Teams batting 2nd almost always win at Sir Viv. We needed like 50 more and even that would be chaseable.

Cmon Man we lost it with the bowling. The Batting did well. I was calling for 330 which was defendable.

Looking at the stats. Two captains leading from in front but on had 26 dot balls the other had 61 dot balls. This match is the perfect example of WI woes in ODI. Even when we bat well, our bowling is generally so poor that they cannot defend any total. Remember Netherlands in the WC qualifiers?? And forget Aljo. He would not have made a difference. He never has.

I am not going to argue whether or not he would have made a difference in this game but based on his record at Kensington, Aljo must play there.
