I like your idea of a 2 tier league regional league with promotion and relegation. Still we need money to get commitment from players. Recently government financed a Prime Minister's Cup for football with a $100K winners' prize. Not knocking football but it was the Bangla test series and the Guyana T20 Cup that was airing on TNT Sports. Cricket still has broader potential for professional careers for Caribbean people even though it has less commercial(and political) appeal
