Yep, sadly so.
In the US, many Democrats are now finally coming to realize the approach has to be different to deal with Trump. And the reason is - and this is very important- t every one of the groups that did not support Trump previously, but voted for him this time around, was because of the failing of the Democratic party to understand their needs.
And while Biden's genocide and inflation was the straw that broke the Camel's back, the truth is DEMOCRATS have over the years taken mainly minority and white working class voters for granted, and this last election is when the wheels fell off. Biden's said it best, when he remarked, if they don't like my economy, Trump will be worst, as he is for billionaires. And when questioned about his violation of US law and support for genocide, he said, "well look at the other guy, he will ban them, so they have no choice (but to vote for me)."
Those in here who are still asleep, do not represent the majority in the country. African American support for Trump is growing, not shrinking.
An example, when Obama gave a speech that called for a 1967 border peace plan, his Democrat House Speaker then, Harry Reid, went to the AIPIC next day and say will never happen. So the Zionist kept winning.
Another example, when Obama had majorities in both house, he sent his folks to whisper on the ear of Ruth Baden to resign- cancer was eating her alive, the democrats brayed and refused to support him and Ruth stayed until death and Mitch got working and the rest as they say is history and the Supreme Court was on the way to becoming White Christian Nationalists.
Trump has exposed foundational structural craters in the political system and he is taking advantage of it- If we can get Trump on the side, he will solve many issues, either wittingly or unwittingly, problems the Democrats refused to listen to.
And that is my approach, I will call him out when appropriate and praise any policy that is good, trying to end the Ukraine war is a good thing- the people in eastern Ukraine are all supportive of closer relations with Putin's Russia, why keep exporting American dollars for them, when it can be solved.
