The only players I could think of that walks into the playing XI with most of us not complaining are these guys

1. Seales
2. Shamar
3. Alzarri

All de others are still fighting for a spot. Just my opinion.

So since those three are automatic picks, shouldn't one of them be considered for cappo duties?

If it was up to me I would go with Seales.

WI batting stats for the past 12 months

Based on those numbers I don't think we should be considering any of the batsmen for the cappo position... Warrican and Motie got better numbers than most of them.

Think Warrican needs to be added as a sure pick too... outstanding with bat and ball in the last 12 months.

Those stats almost made me cry. 2 centuries in an entire calendar year. Greaves, despite an unbeaten century averaging in the low 20s. The No 10 batsman is the only person averaging over 40 for the year. None of these batsmen should be an automatic pick for anything near an international side.

bowlers are picked based on pitch conditions... unfortunately no batter can claim to be auto pick...from the stocks......

Braithwaite.....must bat middle order...Sammy did same with Hope....

Athanaze...yet to fire...but has talent, showed in few innings against South Africa, Pakistan...

Campbell...back..

Chase...back..

Silva back ..

Holder back..

Imlach keeper- batter

Sometimes I wonder if you guys does actually follow regional cricket.

- Athanaze needs a rest...
- Chase needs to play the remaining matches... 2 matches isn't enough to earn a test recall.

I picked only 12 players.....I didn't drop any....I picked only players who ACCORDING to me....sure pick by default ...

You think they playing in Pakistan on those dust owls for both Motie and Warrican to be in the same XI?

Joseph is NOT a better bowler than Alzari at this time. Check the stats.

Roach should not even be playing.

If you dropping Athanaze and Hodge, Kraigg Brathwaite needs to be dropped.

Brathwaite needs to be dropped regardless. A batting average of 22 in the past 2 years not cutting it. Others have been dropped while having more production than him.

I agree with your post 100%,as far as I see two players from the squad could be easily dropped ,they are batsmen,and they know who they are,so why isn't Jangoo and Anderson not in there.
