I'm glad for him being able to earn all that money. Money aint everything look at Elon Musk, still fighting for respect ans power.

If he's doing it solely on making more money well all the best to him. He better be getting some sort of mental happiness from it, in my opinion.

The fewer world class players involved the better for the maximum leader

World Class ????

With 3 hundreds in 60 matches in ODI....1 against Nepal..1against Netherlands......

As captain failed to get past qualification in T-20 World Cup....Coach Phil Simmons...

https://www.espncricinfo.com/story/nicholas-pooran-steps-down-as-west-indies-white-ball-captain-1345803

Resigned as captain but pleaded that he heart in West Indies cricket....
This is not me giving up. I remain ambitious and still view the captaincy of West Indies cricket as an honour that is bestowed upon you. There is no doubt I remain fully committed to West Indies cricket and I look forward to providing my services as a senior player in a supportive role."

Was captain, when West Indies failed to automatic qualification for 2023 World Cup......was very poor with bat through out...started bowling spin to justify his place in team

Pooran a protege of Pollard....walked the same path as Pollard...but the moment IPL clubs release him, of he fails.... would come back running to play CWI tournaments.....

"Most talented" by what measure?

Remember I said T20 talent.

Pooran: Clean hitting, bat speed, elegant, productive, utility player with wicket keeping abilities. From Day 1, oozed short form cricket ability and productivity.

Chris Gayle is our best T20 player, a legend, workhorse, started out in longer form of game, and became a T20 specialist.

My thoughts....

Best bats on WI T20 team hands down. Big loss.

Poo Poo is pulling a Deandra Dottin. He will be back when the IPL money dries up. If yuh don't believe me, ask Evin Lewis and those who came before him.

Like Dottin , he will be begged to come back.....and Poo has already earned 1000 times more than Dottin and even Lewis

west indies cricket did not make pooran. Pooran's exploits with the Red Force in the last CLT20 in 2013 and the cpl made pooran. I was at the oval for pooran's first list a game against guyana in the oval where he took on beaton when the rest of tt players were either running from him or being beaten for pace.

The above statement tells why it's alleged that you applied for positions at WICB and were rejected.

It seems you should be classified as the past CEO, Hillaire...clueless about cricket...rolleyes

“Cricket West Indies extends sincere gratitude and appreciation to Nicholas Pooran for his outstanding contributions to West Indies cricket.“A world-class player and a game changer, Nicholas leaves the game as the most capped West Indian in T20 internationals with 106 matches and the leading T20I run scorer with 2,275 runs. His performances on the field and influence within the team have made a lasting impact on West Indies cricket.

When one cannot refute facts ....attack the poster.

He should just stick to cooking in a restaurant.

Not being an administrator at CPL T20, since he is clueless...cool
