Collapso cricket...Campbell with a brain failure, then King gone first ball...Jamaicans not exactly showing how it should be done...

King decides he doesn’t want to bat today.

The lack of red ball cricket is showing up on these white-ballers

Why is Campbell playing that kind of shot?

10.1
Hazlewood to John Campbell, out Caught by Carey!! One shot too many and Campbell falls - was a good length delivery outside off and he was attempting the cheeky lap sweep, but it's Hazlewood's extra bounce which is his undoing, hits high on the bat and lobs up, a simple catch for the keeper and West Indies have lost both openers. Replays show that the ball actually popped up off Campbell's gloves.

John Campbell c Carey b Hazlewood 23(31) [4s-4]

10.2
Hazlewood to Brandon King, out Lbw!!

Brandon King lbw b Hazlewood 0(1)

Louis plays next match for sure...question is, which one of the hopeless openers stays..? Or, does somebody move up and drop them both..?

This is expected. Dealing with the best bowling attack in the world is no easy feat. We could have been chasing 150.

Campbell is no Test level opening bat. We knew that all along, yet they rushed to select him. We have two opening bats that are severely inconsistent. Exposes the middle order to the new ball far to early. We consistent at that.

Hazlewood to Roston Chase, out Caught by Sam Konstas!! Gone. Another one bites the dust. That was a length delivery, Roston Chase looks to defend and gets an inside edge. The ball pops up and the man at FSL takes a simple catch. Hazlewood appealled and so did the close in fielders

Roston Chase c Sam Konstas b Hazlewood 2(10)

All of this is happening because an opening batsman does not understand his role in a multi-day match.

Shameful batting display at the Mecca.

Wonder what to expect when the 'show' moves to Sabina Park. Good thing though, is that by then the team will be void of Yardies.

Some thing positive. Shamar has the best bowling figures on debut at the Oval beating Jim Laker's record in 1948. They both took 9 wickets but Laker was more expensive.

Hazlewood to Keacy Carty, out Bowled!! That is a quick nip backer. Keacy Carty was late on it. The ball kept a little low and Keacy Carty missed the line as well it kept a little low to go through the defence. Half the side is gone

Keacy Carty b Hazlewood 20(36) [4s-1]

The Aussies take a review. That looked very close. He was hit on the move. Was he hit in line? No bat for sure. UltraEdge confirms it. The impact is umpire's call. And the batter survives.

15.3
Webster to Justin Greaves, no run, was a length delivery, angled in big, Justin Greaves was hit on the move. He just about got a stride out to save himself. Was a length delivery, angled in, hit him on the pads and on the move. The impact saved him
