Can you recall at one point there was an initiative to 'monitor one's thoughts' (sorry if I haven't expressed it correctly)? I think it was during GWBush administration, and he flatly rejected it.
This proposed nationwide monitoring would serve as a gateway to the reintroduction of the thought monitoring idea. That's the worry.

If I recall, the right wing conspiracy nutcases were also peddling the idea that the covid19 vaccines had little chips which the gov't would use to track them.
And yet, here they are lining up to get Apple watches so RFK and the Dotard could track them on the basis that "they can take control of their own health". Because of course Dotardnation all went to medical school and they can interpret all the data and treat themselves for all their ailments without physicians, medical treatments, and vaccines.
And when they try to get health insurance coverage - "sorry but we have to deny coverage because of your pre-existing condition".

If i can walk in to a Dr's office and they can grab alll that info through my device....and i dont have to prick my fingers multiple times a day and write down the results to take to a dr....then great.
Last time i went to the dr. the assistant tried 5 times to get my pressure with 3 differeent devices....gave up on the last one, and saidmy reading was 160/105 or something.
The dr then took my reading and it was lie 120/70 something or so.
Wasted time. and frustration just to have the dr do it again....just that frustration and the long wait, probably raised my pressure some.
