well that's not true...both Desmond Haynes (42.29) an Gordon Greenidge(44.72) had better.....just to clarify having played 100tests or more.

His average of 32.90 is the worst. The second lowest is Mike Atherton at 39.14.
Everyone else averages over 40.

can you dissect further his average after 50 test?....cause batsmen get better with age/experience to a "point" whereby if you dissected their whole career their stats are usually better in the 2nd half than the 1st as they perfect their game an learn the art of batsmanship....just seems to me KB has got worse which apart from having the lowest ave he would qualify as being the biggest dunce!!!

So, in conclusion, KB is the worst Test batsman to have played 100 tests.
Here are the stats (excluding wicketkeepers) to confirm the statement. Even the allrounders in the list (Kallis and Stokes) have better averages than KB.
