Statement from CPL T20: Pooran fined 20% of match fee for showing dissent

"The Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL) confirms that Nicholas Pooran, representing the Trinbago Knight Riders, has been charged with a Level 1 offence under the CPL Code of Conduct.

The charge relates to showing dissent at an umpire’s decision during the Eliminator match against the Antigua & Barbuda Falcons.

Pooran has accepted the sanction, which amounts to a fine of 20% of his match fee."

Notice nothing is being done against the umpire for all these wrong decisions

dude all those people yuh see with masters degrees from Trinidad(up until 2017, an MSc was free and paid for by the state), flying out to europe very often, what yuh think paid for that? trinidad's tax rate is less than guyana's so it could not be that. if the country has a gang problem, is certainly not because the state aint provide the opportunities and allyuh novices will realize soon enough that oil wealth is not a cure for social ills.
