The back rubwas completely inappropriate and really he should have been admonished by congress because of it. But when you are dealing on the international level you don't make mistakes of this magnitude. it can't be allowed to happen. They should have specifically requested the sheet music from the chinese embassy itself. End of story. it can't be justified.

Of course it was unacceptable, I never tried to excuse it, i was merely saying i find it quite revealing how people have this self-hate, inferiority complex, whatever you want to call it that makes them say "only in the caribbean"
