What if he did not fulfill there probations. Will they give Ganga the captaincy. Will he have probation or this apply only Sars

In relation to the situation with WI cricket and what has happened in the past 12yrs or so, it is necessary to establish some sort of control and this is a good way to start regardless of who is selected as captain. However, as I've mentioned before this MUST be a pattern in ALL aspects of the Board right down to the players. Dukes, do you believe these guys have any sort of respect for anyone and discipline towards their work ethics?
