Congratulations Sarwan!
Hopefully people will not make the same mistake they made with Lara -- impatience, absurd expectations and lack of adequate support.
And hopefully Sarwan will put under rest all the speculation about his lack of discipline etc. and will also grow not only in his captaincy role but also as a batsman in the coming years.
