As expected, passions burn bright on both 'sides' of the debate over here. I don't know if it's an inevitability that Bermuda (and potentially other regions) migrates to a marriage policy similar to the US or South Africa or Canada or certain European countries, but it seems that from a legal standpoint, this will be more and more commonplace.

Our LGBTQI brothers and sisters face violence and discrimination across the region. The basic human right- the ability to marry the person of your choice is denied them in the most hostile manner, No person should have face this form of discrimination.
