Dragged back on. Dream start for West Indies. Poor one for Bangladesh. It's a short of length delivery outside off, Zakir Hasan defends away from the body, the inside-edge hits the back thigh and falls on the stumps.

Is there a reason why we cannot plug the gap between 3rd slip and gully?

Shamar Joseph to Mominul, no run
dropped by Da Silva? Yup, there was an inside edge, and although Da Silva did well tumbling to his right, the ball dropped off his gloves. It was on a short of a length on leg, and Momunil looked to tickle

Nobody wants to take the chances off Shamar Joseph's bowling.
smh. They better make sure they get it out of their system before Alzarri starts bowling.

Alzarri needs to keep the same control and not let the run scoring become too easy for the Bangladeshi batters. Already 11 off his first over.

Shamar Joseph to Litton Das, OUT
stop the press, someone has actually held onto a catch off Shamar Joseph's bowling! This is banged in on leg stump, daring Litton to play the short-arm pull he so likes. He gets a decent piece of it too but hits it straight down Alzarri's throat at deep backward square leg. A clean catch and after being crestfallen moments earlier, Shamar roars in celebration. Half of Bangladesh's side back in the shed already!

Shamar strikes! FINALLY, after four drops off his bowling, somebody manages to hold onto one. Alzarri Joseph pouches the catch at deep backward square leg to dismiss Litton Das off a misqued hook. Short, fast bowling from Shamar does the trick. Bangladesh finish the 18th over of their second innings on 59/5.
