Re the looting some could be desperation. But, I lost faith in my compatriots based on one CCTV clip After robbing and murdering a Chinese proprietor the criminals ignoring that his wife pled for mercy murdered her too. Shockingly, a man stepped over the dying body to steal a bottle of rum, not even food; a bottle of rum to boot!
