Officiating games and the use of technology must be "measured" In cricket if a man plays a shot and tried on his stump, one bail falls and only after he runs 3 ump realizes he's out because that's 'one play'. So decision can be reversed However, if technology shows that two balls a batsman was given out to a no ball he can't be recalled. Relate this to yesterday's game. Ref didn't call a foul and 4 "plays" later a goal was scored. Best penalty is high n wide pigeon-hole. But there's the risk of clearing the bar so it takes great skill and supreme confidence to do it. Regarding waiting to see where it's kicked only 1/10 would be saved. Few humans have the reflexes to stop a power shot from the penalty spot by moving only after it is kicked.
