Sent in at the Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium, Jason Mohammed smashed his third half-century of the tournament with 84, opener Kyle Hope got 70 and captain Denesh Ramdin, an unbeaten 60, as Red Force piled up 290 for five off their 50 overs.
Sixteen-year-old left-arm spinner Joshua Bishop claimed two for 41 from 10 overs.
In reply, the Under-19s offered little resistance and were bundled out for 108 in the 30th over, with only wicketkeeper Emmanuel Stewart with 20 off 43 balls with two fours, making it out of the teens.
Left-arm spinner Khary Pierre was superb, claiming three for six from seven overs while left-arm seamer Sheldon Cottrell (2-28) and off-spinner Jon-Russ Jaggesar (2-32) supported with two wickets apiece.
With the victory, Red Force climbed to 26 points in Group A, two behind leaders Hurricanes who have led the group from the start.
However, a victory for Red Force on Sunday would see them finish as group winners and avoid a potential semi-final clash with Barbados Pride, who are expected to top Group B.
The reigning champions warmed up nicely for that encounter with an impressive batting display which completely took their opponents out of the contest.
Spin got the better of Barbadosin Bridgetown, consigning them to a 74-run loss against Jamaica. Offspinner John Campbell was wrecker-in-chief, taking four top and middle-order wickets as Barbados looked to chase 256. He was ably assisted by fellow offspinner Damani Sewell and left-arm spinner Nikita Miller; in all the three slow men accounted for nine wickets, as Barbados fell to 181 all out in 40.2 overs despite opener Kraigg Brathwaite and No. 3 Shai Hope getting fifties.
Jamaica had chosen to bat and were off to a fine start courtesy their openers Chadwick Walton and Steven Taylor. The pair put on 99 in partnership, and though Barbados struck regularly after they were separated, the platform was enough to carry Jamaica past 250. For Barbados, too, spin was the biggest weapon, with offspinner Ashley Nurse claiming top honours with 3 for 38 in his 10.

ST JOHN’S, Antigua, CMC – A scintillating unbeaten half-century from Rahkeem Cornwall proved the difference as Leeward Islands Hurricanes trounced Windward Islands Volcanoes by four wickets, in a dramatic Group A game of the Regional Super50 here Wednesday.
In pursuit of a difficult 294 for victory in the day/night affair at Coolidge Cricket Ground, Hurricanes were in control at 164 for one in the 30th over behind captain Kieran Powell’s brilliant 80, but lost five wickets for 44 runs to collapse to 208 for six in the 39th over.
The burly Cornwall, who celebrated his 24th birthday a week ago, then took control of the run chase for Scorpions, blasting 74 not out off just 50 balls to stun Volcanoes.
He belted 10 fours and a six as he added 91 off 63 balls in an unbroken seventh wicket stand with Trinidadian all-rounder Akeal Hosein, whose unbeaten 26 came from 24 balls and was equally crucial.
