The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) has issued the report of
the Sponsorship Negotiation Review Committee (SNRC) and this is now
available to the public (Click here to download report - PDF File).
The Board would like to express its appreciation for the work
of the SNRC led by its chairman, Mr Justice Anthony Lucky and
including Mr Gregory Georges and Mr Avondale Thomas. The Committee,
established by the WICB on 1 June 2004 handed its report over to
WICB President Mr Ken Gordon on 15 August.

Fazeer Mohammed, writing in the Trinidad Express, appears
resigned to the tail-chasing antics of an inept West Indies Cricket
Board WICB by declaring that the identity crisis of fictional
character Doris is of greater interest to him than events which
will most probably transpire on the cricket front in the coming
weeks.
The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) has released the
itineraries for the next year's home series against Zimbabwe and
India and announced that St Lucia will host the first ever
day/night ODI in the West Indies.
The touring Zimbabwe squad will arrive in the region on April 12
for a month-long tour. They are scheduled to play two Tests and
ODIs. The visitons will also play a University of the West Indies
Vice Chancellor?s XI in a three day game at the Three W?s Oval in
Barbados, prior to the first Test in Guyana.
He became a household name to sporting enthusiasts quite by

initially ignored Mr Woods' advice for him to become a sports

Jermaine Lawson's star-crossed career has hit another speed
bump.
The Jamaican fast bowler, who has had his career interrupted by
back injuries, a bout with
chicken pox and run-ins with the
bowling action police, is now sidelined with an ankle injury
that required surgery last weekend.
