MANAGER OF the West Indies 'A' team, Colin Borde, has appealed to the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) to change the structure of the regional four-day tournament.
Borde's appeal follows the conclusion of the four-day tournament, which crowned new champions following Barbados's lopsided win over Trinidad and Tobago in the finals.
