Ganga calls for 'right personnel' around team

West Indies captain Daren Ganga is calling for the "right personnel around our team" to help turn the side's raw talent into match-winning performers.

During a press briefing following the Test series in England, Ganga said the Caribbean side was full of "talent and potential" and called on those in charge to make a concerted effort to harness that talent to create a winning culture. Excerpts from Ganga's comments:

Mali Richards, the son of West Indies cricket legend Viv Richards, has been named in a 17-man Antiguan squad hired by the Stanford 20/20 organisers.

The squad, which is captained by Sylvester Joseph, is the first pro team established by the billionaire businessman as part of his grand plan to establish a professional 20/20 cricket league in the West Indies.
